PHASE 01
Ingot Growth
Ultra-pure silicon is melted and grown into high-grade monocrystalline ingots using the Czochralski method for peak efficiency.
PHASE 02
Wafer Slicing
Diamond wire technology slices ingots into ultra-thin wafers, minimizing material waste and ensuring surface uniformity.
PHASE 03
Cell Assembly
Wafers undergo chemical etching and phosphorus diffusion to create the semi-conductive layers required for electricity generation.
PHASE 04
Module Lamination
Cells are soldered, layered with EVA and glass, and laminated into a vacuum-sealed panel for lifelong environmental protection.
